With zInspector’s latest update, you can easily enter estimate, bid, and cost values for tenant damages and owner responsibility items in the app or on the website!

• On the zInspector 3 app, you will now see an additional field within the action item popup to enter cost values there and then.
• Designate individual action items as “Owner Responsibility” or “Tenant Damage” to see separate totals listed in the final report.
• zInspector will also calculate the totals for each action type such as maintenance, repair, cleaning or construction.

To enable this convenient new feature in less than a minute, do the following:

1. Log into your zInspector account.
2. Go to Settings, and click on Admin Settings.
3. At the bottom of the page, click on zInspector App Settings (or just click here).
4. Checkmark both Enable Multiple Actions (so that more than one Action Item can be selected for a given detail!) as well as Enable Actions Costs and click Save.

Now you can open any new or in-progress inspection template and add costs to action items.  You can open any completed inspection report on the zInspector website and add costs there too!
